ABOUT HAROLYN

BACKGROUND - A native of Liberia, West Africa, Harolyn moved to the United States at the age of nine, where she was raised with strong values and work ethics. At the age of 18, she held her first management position and by 24, started her first company. Harolyn attributes her success to discipline, determination and positive life mentors.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE - As a life strategist, Harolyn works with individuals and organizations that want to improve productivity, enhance effectiveness and promote excellence. Her clients include schools, corporations, correctional institutions and faith-based organizations.

EXPERTISE - Harolyn has more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in various capacities and brings her corporate and real life experiences to every presentation, training, and coaching session. She has also spent more than six years training adolescents and adults in life management skills, including goal setting, time management and career planning. Harolyn understands the principles necessary to achieve personal and professional excellence and communicates these principles of success using practical, everyday applications.

EDUCATION - Harolyn holds a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University and a Bachelors of Arts in Information Technology from Florida International University. She has also received specialized training in Conflict Resolution and Critical Incident Stress Management. She is a member of the International Association of Coaches and the American Association of Christian Counselors.  

FAMILY - Harolyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising and reading. She currently resides in the Miami, Florida with her family.
